Business Development Advisor

Would you like to join our team as a Business Development Advisor?  The successful applicant will ideally be based in the Surrey area and will cover this region, meeting with prospective employers and Apprentices.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Apprenticeships and funding. Sales experience is essential, with the ability to meet monthly targets. Candidates must also be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Would you like to join our team as an Apprenticeship Trainer delivering Adult Care Standards Apprenticeships?

We are recuiting for the following areas: Bristol, Bath and Surrey.

You will be occupationally competent and required to carry out all duties in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework requirements and organisational processes and policies.

You will deliver Adult Care standards levels 2 - 5 (dependent on your occupational competence). Functional Skills must also be embedded in all sessions. You will conduct remote visits using Microsoft Teams and visit apprentices within their workplace to provide coaching, teaching and learning, review progress, set targets, provide support and assess work undertaken.
