Business Development Advisor

Would you like to join our team as a Business Development Advisor?

We are recuiting for the following areas: Dorset and Surrey.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Apprenticeships and funding and confident meeting prospective employers and Apprentices. Sales experience is essential, with the ability to meet monthly targets. Candidates must also be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Apprenticeship Trainer

Would you like to join our team as an Apprenticeship Trainer delivering Early Years Standards Apprenticeships?

We are recuiting for the following area: Brighton.

You will be occupationally competent and required to carry out all duties in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework requirements and organisational processes and policies.

You will deliver Early Years standards levels 2 - 5 (dependent on your occupational competence) and you must be willing to upskill to Residential Childcare. Functional Skills must also be embedded in all sessions. You will conduct remote visits using Microsoft Teams and visit apprentices within their workplace to provide coaching, teaching and learning, review progress, set targets, provide support and assess work undertaken.
