At the start and end of each module, the employer/manager or nominated person is required to attend the planning and review meeting with the trainer-assessor and apprentice.
Each module is made up of Knowledge and Understanding, Skills and Behaviours
For each Module, the apprentice will need to complete research of their organisation to be able to gain sufficient knowledge and understanding which they can apply in the skills and behaviours.
There must be 2 Observations conducted which will need to be carefully planned in order to meet the Skills and Behaviours across all 4 Modules where relevant.
The Apprentice will need to obtain feedback from 3 different people that they work with as outlined below.
b) Person who directly reports to learner,
c) one other person who works with the learner.
Duration: 12 months
