
Who is this course aimed at?
This food safety training course is suitable for those working in a low-risk catering environment or for keen home-cooks who would like to understand more about food safety and hygiene.
Blended Learning (Online and Practical) – 1 day
Blended learning combines the online learning (2-3 hours) with the practical training. This comprehensive course equips delegates with the knowledge and practical skills in order to gain a deeper understanding of food safety and hygiene.
We also offer Food Safety Level 2 and 3.
Assessment
2-3 hours, multiple choice questions with a certified certificate on completion.
Booking options
If you don’t have large numbers of employees to book onto this course then we can offer the option of grouping delegates with other organisations.
