Clients have Reassurance and Peace of Mind through the Apprenticeship Route

Romola Ganguli, Director of Great Park Homecare, is delighted with the training her staff have received over the past few years through the Apprenticeship route.

Romola continues: “I am extremely passionate and proud of the company’s investment in my staff’s training and development. Over several years many staff have undertaken their Apprenticeships with Quest who have been a fantastic Training Provider! The qualifications, knowledge and skills which my staff receive has been superb. It also provides our clients reassurance and peace of mind that they are getting safe and trusted homecare delivered by competent carers- something I am very proud of! Danielle who is a Home Carer and the Company’s Healthcare Trainer is close to completing her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Apprenticeship adds: “The Adult Care Apprenticeship has helped to build my knowledge and to further my career in nursing. My experience with Quest has been amazing and I have a really good relationship with my Apprenticeship-Trainer. Quest has helped me to further my knowledge in Adult Care and has given me the confidence to continue my training to the next level. By taking the Apprenticeship route, I am able to work and study at the same time, which is really helpful. The training has given me the confidence to work towards my nursing qualification and I am so grateful to Quest and Great Park Homecare for helping and encouraging me every step of the way!”

Jayne who is both a Home Carer and the Company’s Mentor for new carers is equally as enthused: “Great Park Homecare gave me the opportunity to do an Apprenticeship which I was very keen to do and I started immediately. I am so pleased I have done it as it has enabled me to become a mentor. I have really enjoyed it and I have learnt so much and gained a huge amount of confidence throughout my journey. I am now progressing onto my Level 3 Lead Adult Care Apprenticeship.”
